The Story

Singtel was the anchor account and deepest customer journey in FY26. As Lead TA and Customer Journey Owner, I architected the AI28 transformation across Finance, Network (MAE), Enterprise Sales, HR, Security, and NCS.

The journey began with a $104M AIDA Workshop in July 2025, where I defined 6-7 AI28 'value pools' and designed a unified UDP + Fabric + Databricks + Copilot Studio blueprint with security-first agent governance.

Key wins included the Finance Townhall (100 attendees, CFO sponsorship secured), the MAE Network Townhall (200+ staff, 7 man-hours saved per CAB window), and the AI Academy envisioning ($181.5M pipeline — the single largest individual engagement of the year).

The CFO shared Copilot success with CEO, leading to the mandate for 'AI for Everyone'. M365 Copilot expanded to ~900 seats with 100% Finance penetration. Hub work directly converted to funded EDE services. Published Hub Customer Story.
