The Story

SCB/SCBX was the deepest Thailand engagement, spanning Finance Automation, Marketing Content Writing, Content Understanding, Corporate Investment Banking, and Consumer Banking.

The Marketing Content Writing Agent featured a 4-stage agentic workflow (Sense - Create - Validate - Deploy) with multi-agent orchestration. I designed Figma architecture boards and built Copilot Studio agents with customer data.

The February 2026 workshops covered 5 business units with 30+ attendees, prioritizing an agent roadmap with KPI-linked business cases prepared for CEO briefing. The engagement influenced ~4,000 M365 Copilot licenses pipeline.
