The Story
CIMB was the largest Malaysia banking engagement and demonstrated the power of partner co-delivery. The Malaysia Week (Jan 2026) featured two consecutive days of in-person Architecture Design, deep-diving into consumer lending, underwriting, and collections.
The follow-on Credit Memo Rapid Prototype in February turned the architecture into executable prototypes for the Credit Memo Generation Agent and Credit Policy Agent. Earlier, the Finance Lake discovery session with CFO/Finance Team explored manual report preparation processes on Microsoft Fabric.
